Liberty and Bell, the two turkeys that were pardoned at the White House annually for their biggest turkey, did not win the award. Joe Biden was the biggest turkey at this year’s White House annual pardoning ceremony.

Joe Biden tries a little too hard to show the kids he’s cool. The polls show that he is losing support from young voters who are credited with being a large part of Biden’s victory in 2020. Biden made some references to famous singers during his remarks. As usual. The jokes were lame and he couldn’t even laugh.. He joked about his 60th and mixed up Britney and Taylor Swift.

Biden claimed that the birds beat out many other competitors to join him on the White House Lawn.

He then went on to say: ‘You could say even harder than getting a ticket to the Renaissance tour…or, or, or…Britney’s tour…she’s down in…it’s kid of warm in Brazil right now.’

The Renaissance tour was Beyonce’s world tour that ended last month.

Britney has not been on tour for several years, and she is not currently present in Brazil.

Taylor Swift is performing a number of concerts on her tour. ‘Eras Tour’ in Brazil amid extreme temperatures.

Swift postponed her Saturday night performance after a 23 year-old Swift fan was killed at a Rio concert.

Biden thinks it makes him look like he’s in touch with the under-35 voters. In fact, he makes some gaffes and is often confused. This makes him appear older and not younger. It is impossible to stop aging. Joe Biden does not age well in his political office.

He made a joking about Age.

He said: ‘By the way, it’s my birthday today…I just want you to know it’s difficult turning 60.’

The President added: ‘This is the 76th anniversary of this event. I want you to know I wasn’t there…’

He’s old enough, though, he could have been there.

Biden then went on to remind us all of the real reason for Thanksgiving. He also spoke about the death of Rosalynn Carter. Then he did what he is doing on the regular lately – he abruptly left.

This year’s turkeys are Minnesota-raised. Biden said, “These birds have a new appreciation of the words ‘let freedom ring’.

This year’s pardon highlights Minnesota’s decades-long reign as the nation’s top turkey producer. Minnesota has grown nearly one fifth of the turkeys in the U.S. since 2003, making it the top state in terms of production.

Last year, turkeys from Minnesota received pardons by the President in both 2017 and 2013.

The birds were raised by Jennie-O Turkey Store, the country’s second-largest turkey company behind Butterball, in Willmar. The brand owned by Hormel has not had birds at the White House for 30 years.

“We are the country’s leader in turkey production,” Steve Lykken, the president and chairperson of National Turkey Federation Jennie-O, stated Sunday.

Biden, as he did in the past praised the size of the chicken industry in Delaware. He was referring to the size and weight of the turkeys.

It’s an annual tradition and most presidents are a little awkward in carrying it out. Families of military personnel and staff attended the ceremony. It was not held in the Rose Garden, but on the South Lawn. I noticed Hunter Biden’s young son checking out the turkeys.
